Annual Membership Update Forms will be sent out on Friday 4th December

On Friday 4th of December all clubs will receive an email with a link for you to complete your annual membership update.  The annual update forms are online and come pre-populated based on the information we currently hold for your club.

You will need to declare the clubs total number of financial members for the year ended 31 December 2020.  The total number of members is the sum of financial members across all membership categories. 

We realise that for some clubs your Financial Year ends as at 31 December and arguably at that time you have no financial members.  We recommend that you take your count of members prior to 31 December before your membership closes off.

Once you have entered the membership numbers we ask you carefully review the other information held about the club. We use this information to generate our club listings and to support submissions and advocacy work undertaken by Clubs New Zealand on your behalf.

As per section 7 of the Clubs New Zealand Constitution the information provided on this form will be used to determine your club’s annual subscription for the year January 1st 2021 – December 31st 2021, your support with accuracy of this information is extremely important.
