Waihi RSA - Club Manager

The Waihi RSA is seeking to appoint a Manager who possesses solid leadership and management skills and can demonstrate ability and flair to lead our Club into a new phase of growth.

The successful applicant will need the following knowledge and experience.

• Demonstrate ability to understand business finance and budgeting.
• Good standard of written and oral communication.
• Be computer literate.
• Demonstrate experience in all aspects of bar operations.
• Understand gaming machine requirements and procedures.
• Be approved by the Department of Internal Affairs to operate gaming machines.
• Have the ability to promote and market the club as a community facility.
• Demonstrate customer focus.
• Be the holder of a Managers Certificate in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
• Have the skills to effectively lead a dedicated team of staff.

This is a hands-on position. Approx. 35 to 45 hours per week
